Pack your equipment in a sturdy box with at least 2-3 inches of packing around the equipment, be sure there is enough packing so the equipment will not shift around in the box. If you wish to send your equipment in its original box, please put inside a bigger box (the original box is generally not sturdy enough to safely ship the equipment in.
Please include a printout of our Repair Request Form. Include the diagnostic fee.
Send to us using your preferred shipping provider: UPS, FedEx, USPS, Etc. We recommend one with tracking.
Your equipment will be sent back to you via UPS standard ground service. Second Day Air or Next Day Air services are available.
Walk-ins are always welcome.
